Dr. Merriman offers FREE one hour educational seminars for people interested in learning more about Weight Loss Surgery. The educational seminar is mandatory for new patients of Dr. Merriman.

Insurance
We currently do not accept Medicaid.
Step 1
Attend one of Dr. Merriman's FREE Educational Seminars. The seminar will last about 45 minutes and will allow you to have your questions answered including initial information about your insurance. To register click here.
Step 2
Our Insurance Coordinator will be in touch usually within one to two weeks (depending on the speed of your insurance company's response) after your attendance at the seminar to give you the details of your benefits.
Step 3
You will make your first office visit to see Dr. Merriman and discuss your decisions. Please make sure you complete all your new patient paperwork prior to your first appointment. Our patient care coordinator will email you a link to fill out your paperwork online.
